We will meet at the Eco-Adventure Center down the hall from the main lobby. Then hike along Strands Beach, exploring tide pools and kelp holdfasts that have freshly washed ashore along the way. Search for creatures unlike any other on the planet, as you hike along the shore and up into the Dana Point Nature Preserve. Take in the stunning Southern California coastline and learn about the local flora and fauna from the Eco-Adventure Center naturalists. The hike can take up to three hours but you are welcome to turn back at any time and the path back to hotel is easy to follow.
